My name is Angie Hollingsworth. On Sunday, June 8th 2008, I was in an Automobile accident. I was in a Hospital in Des Moines Iowa for 31 days, in Intensive Care for 11 days, and finally got to return home July 9th.

It is by the grace of God I even survived this. I had severe Brain trauma, my pelvis is broken on both sides, My left arm was fractured in 3 places, my left shoulder in 2 places, and my C2 Spine (neck) was broken.
